Private Sellers: In addition to repossessed vehicles, we source our vehicles from private sellers, reputable car rental businesses, government institutions, and business fleet owners across Australia. Every vehicle undergoes a rigorous inspection to ensure quality and reliability before being listed.

Inspection and Stock: ABC Vehicle Services does not store vehicles at our main address. Our stock is securely held at off-site storage facilities. Because of this, inspections require advance notice and a reservation deposit to arrange access. The deposit is fully refundable if you choose not to proceed with the purchase.

Vehicle Condition: All vehicles undergo a comprehensive inspection to ensure they are free from major damages or undisclosed issues, providing you with quality and reliability.

3. Buyer Protection Program

At ABC Vehicle Services, your satisfaction and peace of mind are our priorities. Here’s how our Buyer Protection Program works:

Trial Period: You have a 14-day trial period to test the vehicle. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return it for a full refund without any questions.

Delivery Service: We provide delivery services across Australia.

Delivery Fees: Delivery within Australia starts at $550.

Return Policy: If the vehicle doesn’t meet your expectations during the 14-day trial period, you can return it for a full refund.

4. Sales Procedure

Information Collection: When you decide to purchase a vehicle, we will request your ID, email address, phone number, delivery address, and chosen payment plan.

Payment Invoice: We will issue a payment invoice containing the payment details and email it to you.

Proof of Payment: Once the payment is made, you will need to provide proof of payment.

Preparation for Shipping: After receiving proof of payment, we will prepare the vehicle for delivery.

Delivery: The vehicle will be delivered to the address you provide within the agreed timeframe.
